We are delighted to invite you to join the International Faculty Club 2023 cultural tour to the Guanfu Museum and the Beijing Hutongs on April 8th , 2023.

9:30 a.m., Visit Guanfu Museum
12:00 p.m., Lunch
13:00 p.m., Vist Beijing Hutong
16:00 p.m., Back to PKU
Guanfu Museum is an art museum in Beijing founded by Ma Weidu in 1996. It is among the first private museums in China. It features exhibits of ceramics, domestic furniture, jade, lacquer, metalwork, contemporary oil painting, etc.
During the tour of Beijing Hutongs, we will visit a traditional courtyard residence and learn about the lifestyle and culture of generations in the past. We will also visit the Bell and Drum Towers, a significant landmark of the ancient city, try hand-making Chinese opera masks, and play Chinese Diabolo,etc.
