If your personal information (name, passport number, title, category, etc.) is changed, you need to apply for change of your residence permit within 10 work days of the event.

(2) Work Certificate;

(3) Passport (valid for at least 6 months);

(4) Work Permit (original and copies);

(5) Accommodation Registration Form (original and copies).
