Yan Tian is an Assistant Professor of the Law School of the Peking University. He earned bachelor and master degrees from the University, accomplished academic training in the Yale Law School with LL.M. and J.S.D. degrees, and spent two years as a post-doctoral fellow in Peking University before joining the faculty of the Law School. His research interest covers labor law, constitutional law, and administrative law. His book, Equal Rights Reform and Legal Change, has been published by the Tsinghua University Press in 2016. He wrote articles for academic journals in both Chinese and English languages. He has taught Chinese and English courses in Peking University and Tsinghua University in the past several years.
