Step into a Time Machine at the National Museum of China!
Where ancient bronze bells still echo with dynasties’stories, and terracotta warriors stand guard over 5,000 years of human wonder. This isn’t just a museum— it’s a living, breathing narrative of China’s soul.
Wander through halls where the Peking Man’s tools whisper prehistoric secrets, and Ming Dynasty porcelain glows like frozen rainbows. Touch the pulse of revolution in exhibits that trace modern history, then gasp at interactive displays that make ancient calligraphy dance on digital screens.
From the jade carvings of the Shang Dynasty to VR journeys through imperial palaces, every corner is a surprise. Whether you’re tracing the Silk Road’s shimmering threads or posing with a giant ancient coin, this is where history leaps off the page.
Ready to let 5,000 years of adventure find you? The National Museum of China: where every artifact has a story, and every story is yours to discover.
We're absolutely delighted to have successfully reserved group tickets for the National Museum of China this summer! We've tentatively scheduled to depart for the visit between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on July 12th (next Saturday). The exact departure time will be confirmed based on the number of participants who sign up for this visit.
We will gather in front of Building 4 of PKU Zhongguan Xinyuan to board the bus. Please remember to bring your identification documents! We tentatively plan to return at noon. Since the National Museum is located in the main area, you may choose not to take the bus back to Peking University and arrange your afternoon schedule independently.
If you wish to participate in this visit, please fill out the questionnaire and sign up before 12:00 noon on Monday, July 7th: https://www.wjx.cn/vm/wGPak14.aspx
