注意事项：
1、该项目由学生按要求直接向外方申请，校内不安排相关面试。
2、校内网申系统为紧急事务处理和信息备案，请申请同学务必填写。
3、免疫要求：Yale University requires all students who enroll at Yale and plan to be on campus to provide proof of immunizations. Students will not be permitted to stay enrolled in in-person classes until all the forms are submitted and the immunization requirements are met. After admission to Yale Summer Session, students will receive an email with details about how to upload their vaccination documents. Some immunization requirements may take a month or more to complete if not previously completed. This webpage details all the immunization requirements and the deadlines to submit materials and be complaint by session.
