结缘燕园，追忆年华。金秋十月，在收获的季节，我们诚挚地邀请您参加“燕缘·拾忆——北京大学新中国留华校友口述实录丛书发布仪式”。
It is during the season of harvest that we cordially invite you to take part in the Peking University International Alumni Oral Histories Announcement Ceremony.
为了展示北京大学留学生校友的风貌和成就，北京大学启动了“北京大学新中国留华校友口述实录丛书”出版计划，邀请专家学者访谈取得突出成就的留学生校友，将他们的故事整理成书，以飨读者。经过一年的筹备、运作，在多位校友的大力支持下，该丛书的首批三本图书已经编纂付刊，这三本图书的口述者分别为：
In order to demonstrate the excellence of Peking University's international alumni, PKU will publish a series of books entitled Peking University International Alumni Oral Histories. To that end, PKU has invited outstanding international alumni to contribute their stories for this series of books. After a year of preparations and with the continued support of our international alumni, the first three books of the series have already been compiled and published. The content of the three books is as follows:
1、罗马尼亚前驻华大使罗明(Romulus Budura)和其夫人、罗马尼亚中国史学家萨安娜 (Anna Budura)
Former Romanian Ambassador in China (Romulus Burdura) and his spouse, Romanian-Chinese Historian (Anna Budura)
2、法国国民教育部汉语总督学、法国国家东方语言文化学院博士生导师白乐桑 (Joel Bellassen)
Chief Inspector for Chinese Education of the French Ministry of National Education and teacher at the French National Institute of Oriental Languages and Cultures (Joel Bellassen)
3、美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)北京记者站前站长兼首席记者吉米 (Jaime FlorCruz)

10月25日，第十二届国际文化节将隆重举行，值此各国文化交融之际，我们将举办留华校友口述实录丛书的发布仪式，分享丛书的理念、经过、成果，邀请嘉宾展开对话并与读者互动。
October 25: During the Peking University International Culture Festival 2015, we will hold the Peking University International Alumni Oral Histories Announcement Ceremony. We cordially invite you to join us in a dialogue with the readers.

Introduction of Guests:
吉米是美国有线电视新闻网北京记者站前站长兼首席记者。他曾在北京大学学习中国历史，获得学士学位，在中国学习、生活、工作四十多年，自1980年开始担任外国媒体驻华记者，是至今在中国工作时间最长的外国记者。
Jaime A. FlorCruz is the former Chief and correspondent of CNN’s Beijing Bureau. FlorCruz has studied, worked and travelled in China for more than 40 years, and reported extensively on the country as a journalist since 1980, He is considered the longest-serving foreign correspondent in China to date. He got a bachelor degree in Chinese history from Peking University.
王晓秋，北京大学历史学系教授，博士生导师，中外关系史研究所所长，中国近代史专家。吉米在北京大学学习时的老师。
Wang Xiaoqiu,professor of History Department,doctoral tutor of Peking University, China 's modern history expert.He is Jaime’s teacher when he studied in Peking University.
赵婀娜，毕业于北京大学中文系，现为人民日报社记者。
Zhao Enuo, graduated from Department of Chinese Languageand Literature of Peking University. She is a reporter of People's Daily.
